By accessing or using the GAMEY application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

4. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Stream or share content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Upload viruses or malicious code

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share through the Service. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

6. Virtual Currency (Coins)

GAMEY offers virtual coins for purchase. Coins:

• Have no real-world monetary value outside the Service
• Are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• May be used to send gifts to streamers within the app
• Cannot be transferred between accounts

7. Payments and Subscriptions

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing and availability may vary by region. Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by GAMEY and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAMEY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
